The location was great. It was close to many attractions and transportation options! The room was modern and clean. THE bed was very comfortable.

The check-in process was slow. There was a long queue, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. The room lacked some expected amenities. THERE were no tea or coffee facilities.

staff at reception during check in were very excellent. the room was spacious and super clean. the hotel location was close to many eatery places. breakfast had many option and the staff there were lovely too.

the room was a good size it was also clean and well presented the bathroom included a lovely rainfall shower tea and coffee facilities were available i found breakfast to be nice with a good choice the location is fantastic for accessing the city center and the main train station is nearby.

the room did not have a kettle as is common in hotels that was a slight inconvenience

Decent Stay Near City Center

comfortable bed helpful service separate toilet suspect smear

The room was spacious, and it included a comfortable bed. The staff was polite. I was happy to find friendly and helpful service. The hotel is near the city centre and easy for transport.

The toilet was separate from the bathroom, and there was no hand washing sink. That was unhygienic. I also noticed a few suspect smears on the toilet door, which did not look good. The tea selection was okay.
